Instead, I emphasize sustained attention on a carefully managed number of pending lawsuits in order to drive success.
The top-down business model of large corporate law firms, which originated in the latter-half of the nineteenth century is outdated. Emphasizing partner profit over skilled representation, the model often features limited involvement by experienced partners in favor of the generation of hourly billings by less experienced lawyers.
